Preparation
Step 1
- Cook crushed garlic cloves in oil. When cooked, strain out garlic and return oil to pan
- Brown tempeh in garlicky oil; remove from pan
- Julienne red cabbage and leave to crisp in a bowl of cold, salted water
- Saute mushrooms
- Steam broccoli florets
Step 2
- Stir-fry noodles, then toss everything back together
