1 eaFresh noodles
5 eaGarlic clove

Preparation

Step 1

  • Cook crushed garlic cloves in oil. When cooked, strain out garlic and return oil to pan
  • Brown tempeh in garlicky oil; remove from pan
  • Julienne red cabbage and leave to crisp in a bowl of cold, salted water
  • Saute mushrooms
  • Steam broccoli florets

Step 2

  • Stir-fry noodles, then toss everything back together
